Rebecca (Becca) Boatright holds the position of Senior Counsel in the Seattle office of Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, LLC, where she focuses her practice on advising public sector agencies in matters of general governance, ethics, policy development, and risk management. Becca previously served 24 years with the City of Seattle, including the past decade as General Counsel for the Seattle Police Department. Becca holds a JD and PhD in Psychology from the University of Washington.
